Bill Summary
This bill prohibits the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing from issuing or renewing a license to establish, conduct, or maintain a hospital or to establish or operate a health care facility for an instrumentality of the government of the People’s Republic of China (China), an individual who is a citizen of China, or a business entity in which a majority interest is owned directly or indirectly by an instrumentality of the government of China, or an individual who is a citizen of China.
