This bill creates a new specialty license plate called the Save Coastal Wildlife license plate, which will feature an American flamingo image with "Florida" at the top and "Save Coastal Wildlife" at the bottom. The license plate fees will be distributed to the Zoo Miami Foundation, a nonprofit organization, with specific guidelines for fund allocation. The new license plate will become available on October 1, 2025.
