This bill appropriates $250,000 from the State General Fund to The Immigrant Home Foundation for each of two fiscal years (2025-2026 and 2026-2027) to provide mental health services and legal assistance specifically to victims of domestic violence. In exchange for receiving these funds, the foundation agrees to submit two detailed reports to the Interim Finance Committee: an initial report by December 18, 2026, describing expenditures from receipt of funds through December 1, 2026, and a final report by September 17, 2027, detailing all expenditures through June 30, 2027.
