This bill provides $3,450,000 in state bond funding to Blue Earth County for improving its recycling, reuse, and waste recovery facility located at a mixed municipal solid waste sanitary landfill. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will administer the grant under Minnesota Statutes section 115A.54, which provides capital assistance for solid waste management projects.
