This resolution congratulates Sarah Hininger, a member of the Dalhart Volunteer Fire Department (VFD), on being named the 2024 EMS Responder of the Year by the Panhandle Firemen's & Fire Marshals' Association. The resolution highlights Hininger's significant contributions to emergency services, noting that she joined the Dalhart VFD in January 2022 and has since become an emergency medical technician, serving not only with the Dalhart VFD but also with the Hartley Volunteer Fire and EMS Department and AMR in Dalhart. A Dalhart resident since 2003, Hininger works at Wells Fargo and has taught at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School, and is recognized as a devoted wife and mother.
