This bill provides funding and authorization for the Corridors of Commerce program, a transportation infrastructure initiative in Minnesota. Specifically, the bill appropriates $400,000,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for the program. The commissioner is allowed to use up to 17 percent of the funds for program delivery and administration.
