Throughout his distinguished career, he rose to become chief of fisheries enforcement and served as president of the Texas Game Warden Association from 2000 to 2003, also teaching at the Game Warden Training Center in Austin. The resolution highlights Robinson's personal life, noting his marriage to Margaret and his blended family of sons, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as his involvement with the Blazing Star Masonic Lodge No. 413.
