This bill establishes new standards for the number of water closets (toilets) in certain public assembly spaces such as arenas, auditoriums, meeting halls, theaters, and stadiums. By January 1, 2027, facilities with more than two bathrooms must re-designate existing bathrooms to create a more equitable ratio of toilets for men and women.
