The bill requires the department to create necessary rules and regulations, provide educational materials, and cover the costs of distributing these materials. This legislation aims to improve health care access and understanding for immigrant populations by ensuring they receive clear, culturally sensitive information about available health resources. The bill will take effect 180 days after becoming law, with provisions allowing the department to prepare implementing regulations in advance.
