This bill establishes a new supplemental anatomical gift education program and introduces financial incentives for individuals who complete the program. Participants who complete the course will receive a certificate and be eligible for a 50% fee reduction when applying for or renewing their driver's license or identification card. Additionally, the bill allows individuals applying for licenses to donate $2 to support public information and education about anatomical gifts.
