This bill directs the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), a public benefit corporation responsible for public transit in New York City, to rename the Utica Avenue subway station to the Malcolm X Boulevard-Utica Avenue station on the A and C subway lines in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn.
