This resolution commends Larry Campbell, the President and CEO of Corners Outreach, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing generational poverty through educational and economic programs. Over the past 12 years, Campbell has grown the organization to serve over 1,500 families, with Corners Academy providing tutoring to more than 3,000 students across 20 Title I schools and offering literacy, math, and parental support programs. Corners Social Enterprise, launched in 2018, creates employment opportunities by developing skills and providing job placements for parents and young adults. Prior to his nonprofit work, Campbell founded CD Group, a successful technology consulting company, and brings extensive business strategy and leadership experience to his current role. He has received recognition for his humanitarian efforts, including being named a Braves Community Hero, and is also active in his church as an elder and pastor. The resolution formally acknowledges Campbell's significant community contributions and wishes him continued success, with the House of Representatives directing that an official copy be made available to him.
