This resolution commends the Pearl River Central High School Blue Devil Cheerleading Team for winning back-to-back national championships in the UCA (Universal Cheerleaders Association) National High School Cheerleading Competition. The team competed in the Varsity Coed Nontumbling Division 2 Game Day category in Orlando, Florida, in February 2025, successfully defending their title from the previous year by defeating 22 teams in semi-finals and 11 teams in the finals. The resolution highlights the team's rigorous preparation, including two-a-day practices, and recognizes the 27-member team, led by Coach Liz Smith and Assistant Coach Tasha Morris.
