These treatments include cognitive rehabilitation therapy, neurofeedback therapy, neuropsychological testing, community reintegration services, and post-acute residential treatment. The bill specifically prohibits lifetime or unreasonable annual limitations on treatment services and ensures that these services cannot be subject to higher deductibles, copayments, or out-of-pocket expenses compared to other medical benefits.
