The legislation creates two new funds: the Agricultural PFAS Relief Fund, which will provide financial assistance to farmers impacted by PFAS contamination, and the Agricultural Fertilizer Purchasing Fund, which will help farmers purchase fertilizer that does not contain PFAS.
