Additionally, the database will display business ownership details, including all owners and their other business entities. The bill also establishes a requirement for marijuana establishments to stock at least 25% of their inventory with products from businesses primarily owned by economic empowerment applicants or social equity program participants, further supporting equity in the cannabis industry.
