This bill revises provisions related to fee waivers for students in the Nevada System of Higher Education, standardizing and expanding eligibility criteria across several categories. The bill also repeals a provision requiring the Chancellor to analyze natural materials sent by state residents. Most provisions will become effective on July 1, 2025 or 2026.
