This bill amends Chapter 94C of the Massachusetts General Laws to regulate pill press machines and related equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The legislation makes it illegal for any person to possess, purchase, deliver, sell, or intend to sell or deliver tableting machines, encapsulating machines, drug molds, or controlled substance counterfeiting materials if they know or have reasonable cause to believe these will be used to manufacture illegal controlled substances or counterfeit controlled substances.
