This bill establishes a special commission to study and investigate expanding the in-state higher education tuition and fee waiver program. All commission members must be appointed within 30 days of the resolve's effective date, and the commission is required to submit its findings and legislative recommendations to the Senate and House clerks by January 1st, 2027.
