This bill authorizes the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (CAMM) to grant permanent and temporary easements to the town of Bourne for installing and maintaining a subsurface waterline on land currently used for armory purposes on Armory Road. The town of Bourne will be responsible for all costs associated with engineering, surveys, appraisals, and deed preparation.
