This bill grants special retirement credit to Cheryl DiLisio, an employee of Nahant public schools, by allowing the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement Board to credit her with 1.7 additional years of creditable service for work performed between February 1, 2005 and February 1, 2011. Before her retirement allowance can be calculated, DiLisio must pay back the retirement system the amount of money that would have been withheld from her paycheck during that period as regular retirement deductions, plus interest.
