This bill establishes a special sick leave bank specifically for Ana C. Contreras, who is an employee of the Massachusetts Trial Court. Under this legislation, other trial court employees can voluntarily donate one or more of their sick, personal, or vacation days to create a dedicated leave bank for Contreras to use during a period of serious illness or disability. If Contreras either leaves her employment or requests to end the sick leave bank, any remaining donated days will be transferred to the trial court's general paid leave bank.
