This bill allows the town of Marblehead to increase its board of health membership from three to five members. Specifically, the bill provides that the select board will annually elect a chairperson from among the board members. At the first town election after the bill's passage, three board of health members will be elected with staggered terms: the top vote-getter will serve a 3-year term, the second-highest vote-getter will serve a 2-year term, and the third-highest vote-getter will serve a 1-year term.
