This bill provides for a land exchange between the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) and Caza Ranches LLC in Artesia, New Mexico. Specifically, the bill authorizes the Secretary of Homeland Security to accept approximately 160 acres of non-Federal land from Caza Ranches LLC in exchange for conveying approximately 160 acres of Federal land back to the company. The exchange is to be conducted at no cost to either party, with the lands deemed to be of equal value, and the costs of the exchange to be shared equally. Upon completion of the exchange, the non-Federal land will be added to the FLETC and used for training purposes, while the Federal land will be excluded from the Centers' boundaries.
