This resolution congratulates International Consulting Engineers (ICE), a multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm established in 2010 with offices across five Texas cities, for receiving several prestigious national and local awards. The company was honored as the Nationwide Small Business Contractor of the Year by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in June 2019, named the Local Small Business of the Year for Region VI by the HUBZone Council and National 8(a) Association in February 2023, and received the USDA Small Disadvantaged Business Contractor of the Year award in December 2024. The resolution also highlights ICE's community contributions, including over 600 volunteer hours in 2024, participation in scholarship programs, and support for educational initiatives.
