This bill permits the holder of a plenary or farm winery license to sell New Jersey Department of Agriculture "Secretary Select" wine at retail to consumers for consumption on or off the licensed premises of the winery and to offer samples for sampling purposes only, provided that no less than 50 percent of the wine sold by the licensee each year has been produced on the licensed premises.
