This resolution congratulates the Lincoln Christian High School girls basketball team on winning the 2025 Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) Class C-1 Girls State Basketball Championship, which was held on March 8, 2025, at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska. The team defeated the Milford High School Eagles in the championship game with a score of 49-42 and completed a perfect season with 28 wins and zero losses. This marks their second consecutive state title and fourth state title overall. The resolution acknowledges that such achievements are made possible through the support of parents, teachers, administrators, classmates, and the community, and formally recognizes the team's athletic accomplishment. The Legislature resolves to officially congratulate the team and its coaches, and to send copies of the resolution to the Lincoln Christian High School girls basketball team and Head Coach Scott Klein.
