This bill aims to protect consumer choice and limit state agency rulemaking related to fuel sources for motorized equipment. The bill establishes that state agencies cannot adopt rules restricting consumer choice in purchasing motorized equipment based on fuel source or mandate retailer inventory based on fuel type.
