This bill amends Minnesota's watercraft licensing law to provide a complete fee exemption for veterans with a 100 percent service-connected disability. Specifically, disabled veterans who have been rated as having a 100 percent service-connected disability by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or a military branch's retirement board will not have to pay any watercraft license fees, registration fees, transfer or duplication fees, surcharges, or registrar's fees.
