This bill revises several provisions related to voter registration and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) operations in Nevada. The bill also mandates that in counties with populations of 100,000 or more (currently Clark and Washoe Counties), the DMV must extend its office hours during the two weeks before and six days after primary, presidential preference, and general elections, and cannot require appointments during these periods.
