This bill amends Minnesota state law to allow counties to establish administrative penalties for park ordinance violations, in addition to the existing misdemeanor classification. This modification provides local governments with an additional enforcement tool that may be less punitive and more streamlined than pursuing criminal charges for minor park ordinance violations.
