This bill provides a $12,189,000 appropriation from state bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for infrastructure improvements in the city of Palisade, Minnesota. The funding is specifically designated for clean water and wastewater system upgrades, which include constructing a new water treatment plant, rehabilitating existing municipal wells, adding a new municipal well, replacing valves and hydrants, rehabilitating an elevated water storage tank, and making improvements to the wastewater treatment facility and sanitary collection system.
