Additionally, the bill requires employers in Minnesota to accept proof of natural antibodies as an alternative to vaccination if they choose to mandate vaccines. Specifically, if an employer wants to require vaccination against an infectious disease, they must allow employees to demonstrate the presence of natural antibodies instead of receiving the vaccine. The term "employer" is defined according to existing Minnesota labor law (section 177.23, subdivision 6).
