This bill amends the Arkansas Tourism Development Act by modifying two key provisions related to tourism attractions and Natural State Initiative Opportunity Zones. First, the bill reduces the minimum investment requirements for eligible companies seeking to construct or operate tourism attraction projects in specific counties: in high-unemployment counties, the minimum investment is lowered from $250,000 to $50,000, and in other counties, the minimum investment is reduced from $500,000 to $150,000.
