It also maintains existing exclusions for private residential pools while adding a new provision that allows single-family dwelling pools to be used on sharing economy platforms, provided they meet specific safety requirements such as proper fencing, signage, lifesaving equipment, non-slip surfaces, and maintained chemical balance.
