This bill amends the general municipal law to allow county comptrollers to conduct audits of industrial development agencies (IDAs) and certain not-for-profit corporations within their county. Similarly, they can audit not-for-profit corporations that are affiliated with, sponsored by, or created by local government entities within the county.
