This bill establishes a new temporary New York craft beverage permit that allows licensed New York state farm distilleries, breweries, wineries, cideries, and meaderies to sell their locally manufactured liquor, spirits, wine, beer, cider, and mead at outdoor or indoor events in municipalities with fewer than one million residents. The permit is valid for up to 24 consecutive hours and must be used within the legally permitted alcohol sales hours for on-premises consumption in the community where the event is held. Permit holders must pay a $50 fee and prominently display their state farm beverage production license at the event for regulatory inspection.
