This resolution recognizes and commends Stephanie Dean, a 2025 Awards of Honor recipient from Rome, Georgia, who has made significant contributions to education and community service. Dean, who holds degrees from Jackson State University and Columbus State University, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mike Dean Athletics (MDA) Sports Academy, where she and her husband serve approximately 400 student athletes.
