This bill establishes a 13-member Study Committee on Domestic Violence Training Standards for Professionals Involved in Child Custody Proceedings, comprised of representatives from various state agencies, legislative bodies, legal organizations, and professional groups. Committee members will be eligible for per diem expenses and will be supported by Legislative Services staff.
