This resolution recognizes Diana Tisdell, a member of American Heritage Girls (AHG) Troop SC 1412 from Bluffton, South Carolina, for earning the organization's prestigious Stars and Stripes Award, which requires extensive leadership, service, and personal development. The South Carolina Senate resolution commends Tisdell for her community service, leadership, and commitment to personal growth, and resolves to present her with a copy of this recognition.
