This resolution honors Mrs. Vicky Mobley's 4th grade class at Lighthouse Christian Academy in Bloomington, Indiana, recognizing their educational exploration of the legislative process during the 2024-2025 academic year. The students created a mock bill proposing "Ice Cream Friday" to demonstrate how legislation becomes law, and they visited the Statehouse on April 4 to present their proposed legislation to Senator Yoder. Although Senator Yoder could not add Ice Cream Friday to the 2025 legislative session budget, the Senate resolution formally acknowledges the students' efforts by honoring their hard work, thanking them for their visit, and wishing them many "sprinkle-filled Ice Cream Fridays in the future."
