This bill amends a previous appropriation for the Heartland State Trail in Becker County, Minnesota, modifying how $2,950,000 in capital improvement funds will be allocated. Specifically, $550,000 is designated for constructing a trail segment between Detroit Lakes and Frazee, with any remaining funds to be used for environmental review, preliminary engineering, and design of additional trail segments connecting the west Becker County line to Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids to Osage, and Osage to Frazee.
