This resolution commends and congratulates Macy Greenlee, a general studies student at Walters State Community College from Mohawk, Tennessee, for her outstanding literary achievement. Specifically, Greenlee was honored for her short fiction published in Tennessee Mosaic, an annual statewide anthology produced by Phi Theta Kappa (an international honor society for community college students), where she was awarded second-place in her genre. The resolution acknowledges her as an emerging writer and highlights her achievement as a source of pride for her family, school, and community. The Tennessee Senate and House of Representatives formally recognize her accomplishment and extend their best wishes for her future success, and they also authorize the preparation of an official copy of the resolution to be presented to Greenlee.
