This resolution congratulates Joseph Pratt on his retirement from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County (BGCNC) after eleven years of exceptional leadership, highlighting his transformative impact on the organization. Notably, Pratt was appointed to national committees within the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and served as Chair of the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce, and has already raised nearly $15 million for expanding the Central Clubhouse.
