This bill authorizes the Connecticut Commissioner of Administrative Services to transfer a specific parcel of state-owned land located at 92 Farmington Avenue in Hartford to the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) at no cost. The land parcel is approximately 0.4 acres in size and is identified as Lot 7 in Block 321 of Hartford's Tax Assessor's Map 201. The transfer is contingent upon approval from the State Properties Review Board and must be completed within one year of the bill's effective date, after the contents of the property have been removed. The CRDA is required to use the land for housing or economic development purposes, and if the authority does not develop the property within ten years of the conveyance, the land and any improvements will revert back to the state of Connecticut.
