This bill establishes a reimbursement program for underground petroleum storage tank systems with pressurized single-walled steel piping in Minnesota. The program allows owners of eligible locations with single-walled steel piping installed before the bill's effective date to receive up to 50% reimbursement (maximum $100,000 per location) for replacing their equipment with components compatible with E25 or B20 fuel.
