This bill appropriates funds to the judicial branch for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, totaling $219,144,378. * **Judicial Branch Operations:** $202,691,378 from the General Fund of the state for salaries of justices, judges, magistrates, and staff, as well as for administrative costs, maintenance, equipment, and miscellaneous purposes. * **Jury and Witness Fees, Interpreter/Translator Costs, and Public Defender Fees:** $3,600,000 from the General Fund of the state to a revolving fund for jury and witness fees, mileage, summoning jurors, costs for interpreters and translators, and reimbursement of attorney fees paid by the state public defender. * **Court-Ordered Services for Juveniles:** $12,253,000 from the General Fund of the state for expenses related to court-ordered services for juveniles under the supervision of juvenile court services. Funds remaining at the end of the fiscal year will not revert but will remain available until June 30, 2028. * **Juvenile Delinquent Graduated Sanctions Services:** $12,253,000 from the General Fund of the state. Any state moneys saved from federal fund matches for juvenile court services administration are also appropriated to this purpose.
