The bill also requires the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board to submit a comprehensive report on hourly school workers, including data on employment, wages, vacancies, and health insurance contributions across different job classifications. Importantly, the bill does not modify existing collective bargaining obligations for educational institutions.
