The OMV would be required to report its findings and recommendations to the Senate Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works and the David R. Poynter Legislative Research Library at least sixty days before the 2026 Regular Legislative Session, with the ultimate goal of potentially enhancing public safety by providing vital health information to emergency responders.
