Additionally, the bill grandfathers in CPAs who currently have practice privileges, ensuring continuity for professionals already working across state lines. The changes aim to streamline the licensing process, enhance mobility for accounting professionals, and align Delaware's regulations with modern professional standards. The Act is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
